Sleeps 6. This luxury self-contained gite is part of the main house, located in the peaceful village of Saint-Pierre A Champ, amongts a sunflower field and winery, in the calm and sunny deux-Serves department. The house is positioned between Doue la Fontain and Argenton Chateau on the D32 road. The gite occupies the east wing of the main house, and boast two large double bedrooms (13.4 square metres and 11.5 square metres respectively). There is an extra sofabed in the living room. The large bright kitchen/dining/living room measures 27 square metres and is fully equipped with TV, gas hob and hoven, microwave and frisge-freezer. The bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle and WC. No animals accepted. Tle local village, Saint-Pierre A Champ, possesses a bar tabac/restaurant. Cersay, 3km away, has a grocery shop and boulangerie. Nearby are international karting (7km), public water sports, and a swimming pool (10km). The local area boasts many other activities and interesting places to visit.
